This document outlines steps to schedule multiple winners in one single CSV with different go-live dates and automating its merge to main.

Workflow can also be adapted to schedule multiple winners with different timings in same day.

Pre-requisites

1. Access to PR Scheduler and installed in the Winner Repo
2. Access to winner list repo in Github

Steps:

QUEING IN THE FIRST EDIT

1. Go to Winner List Repo

2. Go into your CSV

3. Make edits

4. Commit to a new branch with date in title. Example: omhl-aug31

5. Create a Pull Request

6. Comment at PR scheduler with right date/UTC time in this format:

   (SAMPLE FORMAT TO COPY AND EDIT)

   @prscheduler 05/07/2024T15:00
